We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:
- The product itself is flawed.
- There is a design error: the design differs from what is shown on our site.
- The product details (type, size) do not match your order.
What Should You Do?
To request a refund, please report the issue to us within 14 days of receiving your items. Provide the following information to our support email:
- Your order/invoice ID.
- If you received the wrong or damaged item, please send us a picture of what you received.
Once we evaluate your request, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive incorrect or defective items, you do not need to return them. In this case, we will issue you a refund, which is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, not being available to receive the delivery, or not picking up packages).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters, showing as “delivered” in tracking, or lost in the mailbox).
- The item is as described.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have 24 hours after making a purchase to request a cancellation. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of your total order value will apply. After 24 hours, the item will enter production, and we cannot support further cancellation requests.
Refund Timing:
- For PayPal Accounts: 48 hours.
- For Credit Card Accounts: 10-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
Exchange Timing:
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
- Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.
Compensation (Points or Coupons): 1-2 business days.
Repair Timing: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for size unless it is our error (e.g., sending the wrong size). For any other issues, please contact us first, and we will guide you through the process. Do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize it.
