OW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from Mexmaxy Store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, an order may be misplaced by the shipping carrier. If your tracking number is still not working after a few days, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
Orders usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international shipments, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
