Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on your destination. To calculate your exact shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update in your total.

Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time) and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (during regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.

Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat shipping rate, meaning you can order as many items as you want without exceeding the set shipping cost:

About Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Mexmaxy Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order’s journey! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If no tracking information is available, it simply means the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet.

I Ordered Multiple Items, but Only Received One… Where’s My Order?
We often stock a large variety of products, and if you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Don’t worry if you receive one item before others—they’re on the way!

Why Haven’t I Received Order Confirmation Details?
This is often due to a typo in the email address you provided. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you think there was an error, please contact us so we can assist.

Can Orders Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you’d like items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do You Offer Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are sent via DHL Global Mail and then transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please note that shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking updates may cease for security reasons, meaning we won’t have visibility of your order.
